The South Central FFA hosted CDE Day #2 at Central Arizona College, providing members with hands-on experience in multiple Career Development Events. Students competed in Dairy Evaluation, Horse Evaluation, Agricultural Mechanics, Milk Quality and Products, Food Science, Employability Skills, Agricultural Sales, Meat Evaluation, Agricultural Business, and Floriculture. Participants applied classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios, demonstrating technical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The event allowed members to showcase their expertise, receive feedback from industry professionals, and strengthen teamwork and leadership abilities. CDE Day #2 also provided networking opportunities with peers and mentors, helping students prepare for regional and state competitions while fostering personal growth and career readiness in agricultural education.
